Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via DPD with tracking. If you prefer delivery by DPD Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Returning ordered goods
You can return ordered goods during 14 days from the date the goods have been received. Returning cost will be covered by your side. Requirements for returning goods acceptance:
1. You should inform us in written before returning goods. We'll send you concerning information then.
2. Goods should be returned in condition new, not used, in original and safe package. Ignoring this, reimboursement will be rejected, and goods will be returned back.
If ordered goods will be claimed by customer as of bad quality, you should send them to us for inspection. After investigating the case, goods will be reimboursed or returned back, depending on the result of investigation.
Ordered goods cannot be returned, if ordered according to special customer requirements, when the customer was informed about this.
