Delivery and payment

1. You can pick up goods for free at our premises in Kaunas. 

2. You can make bankwire payment, or use Paypal, Paysera services for the order. Your order usually can be shipped in 1-2 working days from the day your payment was received to our bank account.

2. Delivery cost will be added for the shipment to your adress  other than Kaunas. It can be different according to the general weight of goods and your destination address.

3 Orders more that 150Eur will be shipped free of charge.

• Warranty and claims

• All goods sold in EU online, are covered by 2 year legal warranty.

  Warranty is valid, when:
  - goods were installed by qualified technicians;
  - goods have specification discrepancies, or production defects when produced.

  Warranty is void, when:

  - goods weren't installed properly;
  - goods were damaged during exploitation process.

  If you find some defects, please send us freeform claim report with the purchase number added and defect described. We will contact you during 14days with possible resolution offers.
